Our organization has defined a privacy management system (P.M.S.) with which it has introduced control of technical and organizational measures aimed at ensuring compliance with the principles that we disseminate to all those who operate in our processes and in compliance with Regulation 679/2016 and the legislation applicable to the processing carried out.
In particular, management supports the following principles:
Accountability, having defined a privacy management system that allows identifying those responsible for their actions and accounting for them to third parties who request it.
“Privacy by design and by default”, according to which products and services must be designed from the “beginning in a way that protects user privacy, meaning processing must be planned and configured from the” beginning by providing guarantees to protect the rights of data subjects;
Lawfulness and fairness – Processing is lawful only under the conditions expressly provided by “Article 6 of the Regulation or when the” data subject has given their consent.
Transparency – A right for the data subject also guaranteed through the dissemination of privacy notices.

data minimization: the data we collect must be adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for achieving the purposes for which it is collected and processed, therefore in compliance with proportionality and necessity.
data accuracy: must always be accurate and up-to-date. Any inaccuracies must be promptly corrected or inaccurate data must be deleted.
storage limitation: data must be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed.
Confidentiality: data will be communicated only to strictly authorized subjects necessary for achieving the purposes.

Conclusions
All principles are shared with staff who, in addition to committing to proper System management, also provide input to Management for its implementation and continuous improvement.
Our attention to risks arising from managing data subjects’ data is a commitment spread across all levels of our organization, both internally and externally and toward our collaborators and Partners.
Our organization defines and analyzes its processes using Risk-Management techniques. We have identified the threats and opportunities that our company manages with appropriate actions. Actions that aim to define suitable management systems, updated according to regulatory changes and data subjects.
Our P.M.S., therefore, is developed and updated to ensure the necessary and adequate protection of data
subjects as defined in the “company privacy policy”.
