BOOKING
Before completing your booking, we recommend paying special attention to the selection of periods, beach (Levante and Ponente / Baubeach), the relevant section and the beach spot as cancellations and/or changes to confirmed bookings are not allowed.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
Only when the facility is open: Bookings can be made until 11:45 PM the day before at the latest.
Same-day online booking is permitted.
It is not possible to request an invoice when booking through the website. Those who need an invoice must contact the office by calling 0421 84272 or sending an email to booking@caorlespiaggia.it
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION OF BOOKING
It is not possible to cancel and/or modify the booking once made.
No refunds will be issued for amounts paid.
Changes to the booked spot cannot be made.
BEACH SPOT TYPE
The beach spot includes: 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds, which can be used by 2 adults and no more than 4 people from the same family unit (2 adults + 2 children). Any additional equipment cannot be added to the online booking but must be requested on the day of arrival directly from the beach manager, subject to availability and conditions.
PAYMENT
Online purchases can only be made by credit card. Payment by bank transfer or PayPal is not possible.
AT THE BEACH
Upon arrival at the beach, customers must report to the section manager, who will verify the online booking showing the number and names of occupants. Subsequently, the manager will indicate the spot to the customer, who can then settle in.
Attention! Customers must keep documentation proving their right to use the beach services (sales document) at their beach spot, to be presented upon request by authorized staff. If the customer is unable to print the documentation, it can be shown to the staff on their mobile device. These sales conditions are supplemented by the Beach Services Regulations.
