BEACH SERVICES REGULATIONS

  1. Beach equipment rental and related services provided to our customers include the following: use of umbrella with object holder plate, two loungers (standard equipment), use of restrooms, showers and changing cabin (where present), assistance service from the sector operator. The Consortium also carries out, by legal obligation, rescue and first aid activities in accordance with the provisions of the current Bathing Ordinance of the Municipality of Caorle and the current Maritime Safety Ordinance of the Coast Guard of Caorle. The use of games is unsupervised and free.
  2. The beach spot, which consists of 1 umbrella and 2 loungers, can be used by 2 adults or a maximum of 4 people from the same family unit.
  3. All those who use the beach equipment rental and related services provided by the Consortium (as per point no. 1 above) declare at the time of booking that they know and accept these regulations without any exception.
  4. The validity of seasonal and periodic subscriptions and daily tickets is subject to punctual compliance by customers with the conditions listed in these regulations. It is expressly agreed that violation of even just one of the conditions required in these regulations gives the Consortium the right to withdraw from the provision of services, with consequent loss for the customer of the amounts paid for this purpose.
  5. The customer must keep at the beach spot the documentation proving their right to use the beach services, in order to be able to show it upon any request from company personnel responsible for controls. People not carrying the sales document or ticket provided and filled out by the accommodation facility, and found using the establishment’s equipment, must pay the full price of the beach spot for the entire day.
  6. No refunds of subscriptions are made for any reason (change of mind, bad weather, high tide, storms, natural disasters, etc.).
  7. Only for voucher/coupon holders: please deliver the voucher/coupon to the sector manager to obtain beach spot assignment. You cannot occupy the beach spot without assignment.
  8. Chairs or loungers cannot be taken from other beach spots.
  9. Chairs and loungers cannot be moved away from the beach spot so as not to invade the space of the neighboring spot.
  10. Incorrect, inappropriate behavior or behavior that disturbs other customers is not permitted. If necessary, there will be immediate removal from the establishment with reservation of report to the Public Security Authority and request for any damage suffered.
  11. The Consortium has the right to add rows beyond those present and the customer will be repositioned maintaining, as much as possible, equal conditions of the previously assigned beach spot.
  12. We inform customers that should the need arise, for business activity requirements, the Consortium will arrange, “with prior notice, the” assignment of another beach spot.
  13. The customer must use the equipment taking care not to damage it and promptly notify the Consortium Management of any malfunction. Users are required to compensate for any damage caused (through their intent or fault) to equipment owned by the Consortium.
  14. Since unknown persons may cause damage to beach equipment during the night, we recommend that tourists check it before use. Our staff remains available for any problem.
  15. The Consortium Management is not responsible for any reason for objects and/or materials owned by the customer that are damaged or stolen inside and outside the concession; therefore it is recommended to never leave unattended money, valuables in general, clothing, toys, air mattresses and any other personal object; both day and night.
  16. The beach strip between the first row of umbrellas and the sea must remain free (as per the current Bathing Ordinance in the Municipality of Caorle).
  17. It is prohibited to place in the sectors and areas under concession to the Consortium your own deck chairs, loungers, chairs, umbrellas, parasols, awnings and any other installation foreign to the Consortium’s equipment.
  18. Sports activities and games (volleyball, football, bocce, etc.) are allowed only in areas equipped for such activities. We disclaim any responsibility for damage to property or persons caused by sports activities practiced.
  19. For reasons related to tourist safety, holes dug in the beach for play must always be covered.
  20. Animals of any species cannot be brought into the establishment, even if equipped with muzzle or leash, except for guide dogs for the blind. They can only be brought into areas specifically designated by the Consortium (BAU BEACH).
  21. It “is forbidden to circulate” inside the establishment with bicycles or other means that can cause damage to people and equipment.
  22. Bathrooms, sinks and showers must be left tidy and clean. It is not permitted to use shampoo and bubble bath in the beach showers.
  23. Waste must be placed in the appropriate containers. It is forbidden to deposit it even temporarily in any other place.
  24. It “is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or other waste on” the beach.
  25. It is recommended not to smoke between the rows of umbrellas or wherever there are people nearby.
  26. It is forbidden to place in the beach area within 5 meters from the shoreline, umbrellas, deck chairs, pleasure craft or other things that obstruct transit and bathing. In the presence of bathing establishments, the prohibition also extends beyond five meters from the shoreline up to the first row of umbrellas.
  27. It is forbidden to light fires on the beach; violators of this provision will be reported to the competent Public Security Authorities.
  28. GAME EQUIPMENT – “The use of games by children must take place in the presence of parents or adults who have custody of them. Management disclaims any responsibility for improper use of equipment. Do not climb on games wet from rain. It” is dangerous to eat during “the use of games. Wear clothing suitable for” using games.   29. RESCUE SERVICE – Meaning of the displayed flag: GREEN: active rescue service and ideal and safe weather conditions for bathing; – YELLOW: attention! reduced rescue service; RED: Danger or lack of rescue service! – Bathing not recommended. In case the sea conditions are judged dangerous, or dangerous situations exist, the red flag will be raised. With this signal it is not recommended to swim and the Consortium disclaims any responsibility towards those who do not observe this warning. On windy days umbrellas must remain strictly closed. Every customer, in these circumstances, is required to observe the provisions of the beach staff. “It is forbidden to remain on” the rescue boat, touch the equipment intended for this purpose and stop in the area of the rescue tower.
  30. The customer must observe the provisions contained in these Regulations, in the Ordinances of the Municipality of Caorle and the Port Authority of Caorle (the documents are displayed “at the entrance of the establishment), and in the Municipal Regulation for” the use of the Maritime Domain. “Non-compliance with the rules will result in the violator being” removed from the establishment.
